When making a hotel reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Atlantic City Hotel Experts is an LLC or Limited Liability Company, registered in the State of New Jersey.  We are "Vendor" registered with the NJ State Casino Control Commission.

Welcome to our website, Please read over our terms and conditions carefully before using this web site. Your use of (the “Site”) is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. By using the Site, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

Our Website exists to provide our customers with travel and visitor information while offering you the ability view hotel availability and related services and to make a certified reservation. We transact hotel reservations directly with our lodging suppliers also known as hotels, motels and casinos and Inns.

Our site is available to you "conditioned upon your acceptance" without modification of all the terms, conditions, policies and notices set forth below (collectively this is, the "Agreement"). By using or accessing this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the "Agreement" below.

Use of our Travel Related Website:

As a primary condition of the use of our Website, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding legal obligation; you will use this Website in accordance with the Agreement outline herein; you will only use this site to make lodging reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act on behalf of; you will communicate to such "other person" as it relates to the terms and conditions that apply to hotel, motel or casino reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules, cancellation policies and restrictions applicable thereto; all information supplied by you on our site is true, 100% accurate, current and complete, once you complete a transaction for accommodations, we will protect your information as stated in the Privacy Policy.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellations of reservations must be made by calling us at 1-888-392-8288 between 9 am and 5 pm, you will will receive a cancellation number over the phone to retain for your records and an email confirmation of the cancellation will be immediately sent to the email addressed used to make the reservation as further proof of cancellation. Our cancellation policy is described during the reservation process on the phone and on the website during the reservation transaction before the client confirms the booking. By agreeing to the terms and conditions on the website booking engine reservations process you accept that you will be charged for cancellations as outlined.
  • All cancelled reservations will be charged a $25.00 per room processing fee. Any reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date may be charged an additional fee up to the first night room and tax recovery fees. No shows are charged in full for their reservations.
  • For cancellation purposes arrival date is considered 12:01am EST day of arrival. Over some holidays and special events the cancellation policy may be modified and rooms may not be cancellable.
  • In some cases reservations are non-cancelable, and this will be noted before you confirm your booking.
  • For reservations that include Holidays or Special Events Like New Years Eve on Dec. 29 30 or Dec. 31: Your reservation may be changed or cancelled on or before Nov. 30, subject to a $75 per room cancellation or change fee. Cancellations and changes made on or after Dec. 1, are NON-REFUNDABLE. No-shows and unused portions are NON-REFUNDABLE. In some cases any reservations made for 12/29,30 or 12/31 are completely non-refundable when booked. This will be outlined before you confirm your booking.

  • When you book a room with us, we charge your credit card for the full amount immediately.  Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival. The total price we charge includes all tax charges and service fees applicable.

  • No Show Policy:

  • All no-shows and unused portions are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please note that Atlantic City hotels consider arrivals after 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on the check-in date a no-show for the entire reservation. Please call at 1-888-392-8288 if you’ll be arriving after 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time of your check-in date.

    Errors and Omissions:

  • is not responsible for technical, typographical or other errors that result in the display of an incorrect purchase price or room availability. In a situation when a purchase is completed based on an incorrect price or incorrect room availability, is not responsible to fulfill the order. In situations where a purchase is completed based on an incorrect price, the customer will be notified and given the option of making the purchase at the intended and correct price provided room inventory is available or be given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase. In situations when a purchase is completed based on incorrect room availability, the customer will be notified and given the option of making the purchase for the same hotel on an alternative date provided room inventory is available, the option of purchasing a room at an alternative hotel provided room inventory is available or be given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase.
  • Reservations & Hotel Check In Policies:

  • Please note that each room is part of a block of rooms. This means that your name(s) will not be in the reservations system of your hotel until three days after booked. In some cases your name will be live in their system within a few minutes as we have direct connectivity with their PMS system.
  • Bed type, special requests and smoking preferences are not guaranteed.
  • You agree to receive a confirmation email when completing your booking. The confirmation email contains all the details of your transaction and is sent upon completion of your transaction.
  • Guests must meet the following minimum age requirements to book and check in to a room at all hotels sold by AC Hotel Experts.
  • Hotels will require credit card at check-in for incidental charges, and photo identification upon arrival to check-in.
  • Important – At check-in, the hotel will only allow the guest "matching" the check-in name(s) that you provided during the purchase process to check into the room. Assigned guests will be required to provide a government-issued photo ID at check-in.
  • Hotels may have minimum-night stay restrictions over holidays and on other occasions that could result in the display of incorrect room availability that does not meet minimum-stay requirements. In such a situation, is not responsible to fulfill the order. In these cases, the customer will be given the option to meet the restrictions, provided room inventory is available, or be given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase.
  • Child age regulations vary by hotel. Hotel fees by child age are accounted for in the booking process. reserves the right to bill customers who provide incorrect child ages.
  • Room pictures may differ from the actual room you receive.
  • Rights and Exclusivity:

  • Our hotel rates are only available through our website and call center, and cannot be obtained by calling the hotel directly, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system.

  • This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Atlantic County, the state of New Jersey, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement. To the extent allowed by applicable law, any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to your access or use of this site must be brought within two (2) years from the date on which such claim or action arose or accrued.
