You will receive a welcome package upon arrival at the hotel that will instruct you on how to schedule your tour.

List of Tour Qualifications 

► $60.000 + Combined Family Income
► 23 Years of Age and over
► Major Credit Card (No Debit/Bank/Check/Prepaid Cards or Checkbooks)
► Valid Driver License
► Must be Gainfully Employed or Retired
► Married, Engaged, in a Life Partnership, or Cohabitating must attend Together
► Separated Is Not Qualified
► Singles or Singles Plus Guest Are Okay
► No Re-Tour Within 12 Months at any Resort
► Children must Be 4 Years of Age or Older; Max 2 per Tour
► English must Be Spoken Fluently by Both
► No Quinellas (2 or more Couples who Arrived Together or Know Each Other)
► No Atlantic City Residents
► Owners Are Not Qualified to Tour
► Room + Sales Tax to be paid upon departure at the hotel. Estimated 2 night Tax is $18.06 midweek and $26.46 weekends except holidays and special events.

While no one is excluded from previewing our facilities, this offer is designed for married and engaged couples and life partners (both parties must attend) over the age of 23, who are currently employed or retired, with a combined annual income of at least $60,000 dollars or single persons over the age of 23, who are currently employed of retired, with an annual income of at least $60,000. Employees and owners of FantaSea Resorts, its advertising agencies, groups (two or more affiliated couples), and persons who have toured a FantaSea Resort property in the last 12 months are ineligible.  Even if not eligible for this promotion, everyone is welcome to participate in vacation ownership at any of our resorts.  Gift packages are a promotional consideration given in exchange for previewing (our resort approx. 90-120 minutes).   1. Vacations are a promotional consideration given in exchange for previewing our resort (approximately 90 to 120 minutes). The price range for timesharing vacation plans available to you is $6000 to $40,000. (subject to change)

Debit/bank/check/prepaid cards are not considered a qualified form of identification for this promotion and maybe used to pay for this package but are not valid at the Registration Desk for the promotional tour. Only major credit cards not connected to a checking or saving account will be accepted for identification at the Registration Desk.
  3. Two or more couples who know each other or plan to travel together are not qualified for this promotion and may not reserve rooms on the same days.
  4. All qualified participants in this promotion must be fully and gainfully employed.
  5. If you are married or engaged, cohabitating or in a life partnership, both you and your spouse/fiancé/partner must attended and complete the vacation ownership presentation together.
  6. Children are allowed to attend the presentation, however, only a maximum of two (2), and only four (4) years of age or older may attend.
  7. All rooms for this vacation ownership promotion are based on availability. Dates during July and August or on or around Holidays maybe difficult to obtain.
  8. Employees and owners of any FantaSea Resort, and Parties who have toured any FantaSea Resort in the last twelve (12) months are ineligible for this promotional package.

It’s about visiting different parts of the world, but easily fitting in your budget and although you are not obligated to purchase or join come with an open mind and be prepared to be dazzled.   10. Arriving and staying at the hotel but not attending the presentation as a qualified promotional participant will automatically subject your credit card to being charged for the full retail value ($799) of your stay.
  11. Arriving and staying at the hotel and attending the presentation but not as a qualified participant (improper identification, not with your spouse/fiancé/partner, not the correct age, children not qualified, under qualified income, toured any of our affiliated resorts in the last twelve months, not able to speak or understand English fluently (both parties), traveling and /or arriving with another couple or group, already an owner at one of the FantaSea Resorts will automatically subject your credit card to being charged for the full retail value ($799) of your stay.
  12. Parking, luxury, sales and occupancy taxes associated with your 3 day/2night stay are the responsibility of the guest at the time of check out.
