How do I cancel my reservation?
If you need to cancel your reservation you must call us at least
72 hours prior to your arrival date, at 1-888-390-8088. A
customer service representative will cancel your reservation and
will email you a cancellation notice and number for your
records. As a courtesy to our customers, there is no charge for
canceling 72 hours prior to your arrival date. If you need to
cancel within 72 hours of your arrival date you must call us at
1-888-390-8088, you will be given a cancellation email, and
number to verify you have cancelled and will be billed for your
first nights room and tax recovery charges. If you do not
cancel and do not show up at the hotel by 11:30pm on the day of
your arrival, your entire stay is cancelled by the hotel and you
are billed for your entire stay with no refund. Be sure to
cancel and retain your cancellation email for you records. For
cancellation purposes arrival date is considered 12:01am EST day
of arrival. During some holidays and special events the
cancellation policy may be modified and rooms may not be
cancellable.
What is your cancellation policy.
As a courtesy to our customers we do not charge a cancellation
fee if you cancel your reservation 72 hours or more from the
date of your arrival. Reservations that are cancelled 72 hours
or less from the arrival date are charged for the first night of
room and tax recovery charges. For cancellation purposes arrival
date is considered 12:01am EST day of arrival. Over some
holidays and special events the cancellation policy may be
modified and rooms may not be cancellable.
When are you going to bill my credit card?
We charge your credit card at the time of booking. Our name
will appear on your credit card as AC HOTEL EXPERTS. We will
bill you for the full amount for hotel room and a recovery fee
to cover taxes.
How many people can I have in my room?
Rates are based on 2 adults per room. Maximum occupancy is 4
adults per room. There is an additional person charge of
$15-$25 (depending on hotel) per person over 2. Children are
free in some hotels and those policies are displayed under hotel
information.
What hotels are on the boardwalk?
Taj Mahal Casino, Hilton Casino, Resorts, Sands Casino,
Tropicana Casino, Trump Marina Casino, Trump Plaza Casino,
Atlantic Palace Suites, Flagship All Suite Resort, La
Renaissance Suites, and Royal Suites. Go to the city map page
of our site to see all the hotel locations.
What hotels have indoor pools?
Borgata Casino, Trump Taj Mahal Casino, Hilton Casino, Resorts
Casino, Tropicana Casino, Trump Plaza Casino, Flagship All Suite
Resort, La Renaissance Suites and Sheraton Convention Center.
I want to change/modify my reservation.
If you need to modify your reservation you must call us at least
72 hours prior to your arrival date, at 1-888-390-8088. A
customer service representative will modify your reservation if
possible given current hotel availability and restrictions, and
if successful, will email you a modification notice for your
records. As a courtesy to our customers, there is no charge for
modifying reservations 72 hours prior to your arrival date. You
cannot modify your reservation within 72 hours of arrival.

available rates. Since you are on the site, just click on check
availability and enter the dates you want, select a hotel from
the display of hotels by clicking book now. You will get a form
to fill out, and then will click to confirm your reservation.
