Our Lowest Rate
Guarantee program applies to hotel rooms reserved online or
in our call center at the hotel where the "Guaranteed Lowest
Rate" icon is displayed. Hotels that display the Guaranteed
Lowest Rate icon are warranted to be the lowest rate publicly
available to leisure travel consumers over the Internet when
compared to the same hotel and room type and dates on other
websites.
To initiate the Lowest Rate
Guarantee, you must have reserved a room on one of our sites
that displays the Guaranteed Lowest Rate logo and received a
valid booking number from us.
To submit a claim: you
must have found a lower rate on another website and we are be
able to verify that the rate on the other website is the same
hotel, same room type, same number of guests, same dates and
must be publicly viewable (Available to the general public
without having to establish an account with that website, must
be able to view the rate on the website by doing a simple date
search) and is must show as available (The rate and room type is
currently available for the same dates and can be reserved
online) via the Internet. For multiple night reservations, the
rate over the course of the entire stay will be evaluated to
determine if the rate is lower.

Provided all the conditions of
our Lowest Rate Guarantee program are met, we will honor the
lower rate found on the other website with the following
exceptions.
a) Not Valid if your hotel
stay begins within the 24 hour period.
b) Not Valid if for any
reason we have not received full payment of your reservation.
c) Not Valid for rates
offered without the specific hotel name and address being
disclosed or until the consumer completes the booking process.
d) Not Valid if any rates
are considered special or discounted in relationship to
membership clubs or discount programs, negotiated volume rates,
corporate rates, convention or group rates, wholesale rates,
association or government rates, rates that require a coupon,
certification redemption, rates that are part of a travel
package, deal or bundled with add ons more than just hotel
accommodations.
No cash or other substitution,
assignment, or transfer of the Lowest Guarantee Rate shall be
permitted except as expressly set forth herein.
Offer void where prohibited by
law. ACHotelExperts reserves the right to modify, alter, suspend
or terminate the Lowest Rate Guarantee program at any time
without prior notice at our sole discretion. ACHotelExperts
reserves the right at our own discretion to disqualify any
individual or entity found to be tampering with our Lowest Rate
Guarantee offer. Any claim that is determined to be incomplete,
inaccurate, or is otherwise determined to be fraudulent or
deceptive, at our own discretion, will not be honored.
ACHotelExperts will only honor one qualifying claim per
reservation / per lodging property. |
