Great Concert Weekend!We decided to stay over night for the Anthrax & Testament Concert at the House of Blues and had a really enjoyable stay.
The Bourbon Tower rooms were perfect, every bar in the place was happening and had a blast after the show at the Foundation room where we met the band,
once in a lifetime experience, thank you!.

Showboat
& House of Blues Tower - New Orleans is
on my mind while I’m here…(again). I flash back to the Bourbon
St Opera House and the blues I heard there. Fortunately I’m not
in New Orleans at the moment, I’m having an amazing drink at
the House of Blues Bar in the Showboat Atlantic City (no 2 drink minimum like
Bourbon St bars).
I have a 7pm dinner reservation at Casa Napoli (amazing brick oven Pizza), tickets for INXS at
9pm and my host Victor has assured me I’ll have a place to play
when I am through at a craps table with a very attentive
cocktail waitress…
We have an ocean front room with a king size
bed , and the rooms seems to be brand-new and are tastefully
appointed and cheery. I am not here to sleep or watch TV and we
are out of the room as soon as we unpack and now we have parted
like the Red Sea once off the elevators with Patty heading to
find a Slingo machine and I’m looking for a blackjack game with
a kind faced dealer who has my winning interests at heart.
